Downloadable Patterns: All pattern sales are final. No refunds/credits on any of the patterns. No exceptions.
Books: If you purchased a book, you can return it to us within 3 days after you receive it. Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping charges. A refund in the amount of the item minus 20% will be issued after item is received at our shop.

What does personal, non-commercial use mean? It means that the buyer is entitled to: use the pattern to knit gifts and for own personal use. This type of right does not entitle the buyer to make items to sell at a store/fair/or other monetary venue.
If in doubt, please check with the designer. Some of them would be willing to provide a license to use the pattern for commercial use for a small fee.
